Gry-Elise who lives in Drammen lost her father in December . The last thing he said to her was that she should contact an old friend in Sweden he had known since his youth. This man happened to be a member of the Church. After a couple of months talking with her father's old friend it was clear that she was ready for a Book of Mormon. This friend contacted missionaries in Sweden and said he had a referral for missionaries in Drammen Norway. One of these Swedish missionaries is an old friend of Elder Lee's and she remembered that he had moved to Drammen recently so she sent the referral to him. Elder Bennett and Elder Lee called her and planned a time to deliver the Book of Mormon along with the 21-day challenge. She read the introduction, sections of 1st Nephi, Alma, Helaman, 3rd Nephi and the promise in Moroni 10. She prayed for the first time in her life and felt the presence of God. She did all of this without being asked. She listened to the Sunday Sacrament Meeting broadcasts from the ward via the internet. While watching her second Sunday Sacrament Meeting there were two couples who were talking about genealogy and it made a great impression on her. From there her conversion went rapidly. She was baptized May 22, 2021.
