Maria has always been interested in religion and her curiosity in the Church of Jesus Christ was piqued when she saw the play The Book of Mormon eight months ago in Oslo. A needed project for her college photography class prompted her to call the phone number in the Book of Mormon she had received at the play and she contacted Elder Dansie and Elder Baird. She shadowed them in their work, studied with them, attended church, photographed them and they helped her present her project to the class thinking it would end there. She wanted to continue studies, having deeper spiritual questions and desires for truth. She finished being taught through technology when quarantines began, and was baptized this past Thursday evening in the Oslo church building. We are grateful to have her as the newest member in Norway.
