The increase in COVID 19 cases in November led to government tightening the number of people who could gather physically inside at one location. We restarted our weekly Sundays meetings visa zoom with the entire mission and this has been a spiritual blessing. The number of people allowed to gather together inside was different from city to city so we gathered for zone conferences as districts and met via zoom room. This is disappointing not be all together, but missionaries have been positive and grateful to continue to meet in small groups.
The Oslo zone met in Oslo, Lillestrøm, Sandvika and Fredrikstad. They had arranged for Elder Hart and Sister Christensen to give talks from the US. They returned home when COVID restrictions began last March. It was great to have them inspire us in their lives at home.
The west zone gathered in Trondheim, Stavanger, Trondheim and the Werslands spoke to us from Oslo.
The South zone gathered in Tromsø, Tønsberg, Kristiansand and Bodø.
After 7 1/2 months in the office, Elder Judson was exhausted after his last zone conference. Elder Van Slooten is continuing on with Elder McSpadden in the office now.
A job well done.
