Elder Bybee arrived safely from his one-transfer reassignment in the Kennewick Washington mission. Each transfer seems to bring some new hurdles to jump to get the missionaries into the country. The latest hurdle is a second COVID test within 24 hours after they arrive, and that is after the first test 72 hours prior to their arrival, then they have a ten-day quarantine period after both of the negative tests. Go figure. We are just happy to get another happy but tired missionary. Elder Bybee is from Highland, Utah.
