May 17th, Constitution Day, is usually a huge celebration around the country. This year, only small gatherings were allowed. We had finished church services with the mission via zoom room when the Oslo District walked to a comparably small gathering at the palace for a small ceremony.
Sisters Ford and Deere, Elders Leonard, Baird, Sobotka and Affleck join President and Sister Tew in front of the palace. This is one day missionaries blend in because everyone dresses up in traditional regional dress or what we term "sunday best".
Cecilie Lundgren or "Ceci" as she is affectionately known around the country and world, joined us for services and our visit to the palace. She has become a great friend is truly one of the most courageous member missionaries in the world. She is a member of the Fredrikstad ward.
